The needs and wants of the home buyer today differ from those of yesteryear. Today’s purchasers want higher tech homes and less energy waste and yet they want more and more space. How does all this add up and come together? More space and less waste. Energy efficiency is a huge demand and “green” homes are becoming more and more popular and in demand; homes that run on solar power and use less fuel to run them.
